At first, I was going to rate this experience a 10/10, but the endgame experience shot this rating through the roof: 100/10. Linus, Mike, and the team showed nothing less of absolutely excellent service. From the warm welcome to the frequent updates and expedient work, I always felt comfortable with what I was going to get in return. I have never had this kind of amazing experience with any shop I’ve been to. Will highly recommend this place to ALL of my friends and network, with or without a USAA Insurance. Also, shout out to Mr. Charlie for helping wash my truck bed cover (which they didn’t have to do at all, but were so awesome did they it anyway). Thanks for everything — I now feel 100 times safer driving Kerrigan (my truck).
