Bumper is not aligned correctly. Tail pipe was not fixed. Was told to go to the muffler shop and Ben bumps would pay for it. Muffler shop told me to have Ben call and they'd set up a day. Tow reciever cover was not replaced. Powder coating missing off of tailpipe that wasn't damaged in the accident.

You made everything so easy for me. I submitted the claim to USAA, and Ben immediately phoned to schedule an appraisal. It was awesome having a rental car waiting for me when I brought the car in for repairs and being able to leave it at your location when I picked up my car. That is a huge convenience! Graham was friendly and professional during the appraisal process, dropping off my vehicle, and picking it up. He had me in and out quickly, which was greatly appreciated. And the best part of my experience was the constant communication from Ben and Kathy. I was kept informed through the entire process, which was also greatly appreciated. And, my car looks awesome!
