Our front windshield has a crack in it that was not there prior to dropping it off. We drove off your lot and noticed it. We called back and were told to return Monday-Friday at our convience and it would be fixed quickly. The problem is we live an hour away and were less then **** min away. We were told that there were no technicians working on Saturday, but your facility would fix the crack.

Got a call saying my car was scbeduled to be completed the following day.. Then got a call the next day saying that they messed up and scuffed the paint during the detail and that they needed another day to fix it.. Then got a call my car was done.. Went to pick it up and it had multiple scratches and scuffs along with bubbles and scratched on the striping!! Completely dissatisfied!!
