I really appreciate how Weaver’s went above and beyond on fixing my car. There was a two and a half week delay while they were waiting for my insurance company to respond to paperwork on additional damage they discovered. When I picked up my car they did not bill me for some other work I had them do and apologized for a delay that really wasn’t their fault. They spent time with my husband and I going over the car to make sure everything was right. They kept me informed during the entire time they had my car. I trust Weaver’s to make the right repairs and do the job right.

Had to turn right around and return after you were closed, but they stayed and replaces a light bulb. Granted they should have checked (they replaced both of the front headlights), but weren't frustrated with us at all that they had to stay late to fix it.

In the mid 90’s we moved to western Shawnee and were elated to soon find you here as well. Over the years you’ve taken care of 8 of our vehicles and every time we not only get a great repair, but your customer service is outstanding! Make sure emails coming from your staff have Weaver in the name or subject line.....one email I received did not and I might have deleted the original email sent. Everything worked out, but required me making an extra follow up phone call.

They're aware of the text issues with incorrect/incomplete info. Spoke with Chris at length; hopefully he's putting a secondary line of communication in place so customers aren't confused. Clearly you need a system of checks and balances to assure the left hand knows what the right hand is doing!
