The paint looks awesome, my washer fluid wasn't spraying , I called and brought it in and they fixed it in 15 minutes.

I was given my car back in a condition that was less than ideal. ****. The repairs were not finished and NO ONE told me or anyone associated with my repairs about it. I had to call and tell Mike that is wasn’t finished only to find out that a part was missing and I would need to bring my car back in 2. My keyless entry to my car no longer worked once I received my car back, again having to bring it back in to fix that. 3. There were grease handprints all over my car that needed increased time to buff off. Lastly, I have always had a good experience at Peter’s and I drive from the cities to bring my car in because I have had great experiences. After this last experience, I will be tempted to find somewhere closer to my home for any future body shop needs.

Painless Dent did a great job.
We have a small black plastic piece left in the consul that we do not know where it is from. Evidently Peters doesn’t know either.
We had dog agility decals on both side back windows that are no longer on the windows. Cannot figure out why they would have come off.
The decals were a great help finding our car in a parking lot.

Yes, the finished sections were excellent. However the front passenger bumper didn't get touched up as per staff. It was probably just overlooked, tho the vehicle was there for an extended time. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable!
