There was a certain manager that did not help us out. We are friend's with Izzie so we expected more. Also, there was a technician, or a phone person (male) that could have been much more helpful if he was less defensive, and listened more to what us as customers were saying.
On the repair, as far as we can tell, everything looks great.

I'm really happy with their job !! They done their job so fast that I didn't have to wait long. Specially I like Ben Ramos customer service. He is such a really nice person. I love the way they treat their customers .They fixed my car some of things which my insurance didn't cover .they went above and beyond to fix my car . They give me as Christmas gift. I am happy that I chose IZZIE's body n frame in west Sacramento through my gieco insurance!! I strongly instead everybody to give them chance .Im sure they won't get disappointed by them .
