This is about my 4th repair experience with Fairway. All have been handled with quality workmanship, timeliness and courtesy. I don't even think about any other company for body repair work.

I had originally expected my car back in 10 days, then it was 2 weeks and finally ended up being 20 days. I had a friend who also brought her car in the day after mine and she had twice as much damage as mine but her car was done on time. I understand that sometimes things can happen to slow things down, but I don't feel like I had was kept informed as to why it was taking so long. The work done on my car was excellent & I was very pleased with the workmanship.
