The overall experience was good and very fast, but having been in the auto business as well as paint and body I was a little disappointed in a couple of areas. I found an area that lacked paint either from the accident or perhaps while being repaired. Even though the insurance will cover the cost the tailgate had not been resurfaced with the spray in bed liner material. I'm not trying to lesson the overall quaility of the job but wanted to point out details that could have an impact on another repair job.

Found loose bolts setting under hood (not sure where they came from). Another bolt was not screwed all the way down. Found a mirror about the size of my hand next to the bottom of the radiator. Broken pieces from the accident were in the lower part of the engine compartment. I noticed a couple of times that it sounded like something hitting the underside of the car while driving down the road (might have been things falling out of the engine compartment). The paint job and finder repair look good.

The text alert system was not up to date. The completion date was a full day behind when my car was actually ready. I received a text that my car would be ready after I had picked it up. I also received a text at 7:04am on a Saturday to ask about my satisfaction. Maybe send the text at a later time if you’re expecting better results.
