The team was professional, accommodating, and extremely friendly throughout the entire process. Ellie and Valerie were amazing on all levels. The team communicated very well via phone, in person with me, and with each other. The text notifications were another very nice touch. I was very impressed with the facility, the people, and the product.
In addition, the culture of the organization seems like a very good one. Team work and service was evident throughout my interactions with various staff and while observing the staff interact with each other. I plan on taking my Son’s truck to the shop to get a quote for some paint work. Lastly, my car is fixed and looks better than when I bought it. Thank you for washing and detailing it!
