I really liked the text messages that were sent to me with all updates on my repairs. The repairs were even done sooner than the timeframe given! Representative Kauz at the Moreno Valley location was very helpful and explained what would be done in detail. Very professional. The repairs came out great and Auto Crafters made the rental car easy as 3 days was paid on behalf of them which allowed me to get it situated with my accident claim to where I didn’t have to pay out of pocket as the other party admitted fault. Thank you again!
