I am disappointed that the extent of the damage done to my vehicle as a result of being rear ended was not fixed. I’m unsure why it was not noted on the estimate. The work that was done, was done well, and I have always been impressed with the customer service and quality of work at collision repair; however, my vehicle was not returned to me in the condition it was prior to me being rear ended by a GMC Yukon. I struggle to think what is so obvious to my naked eye would not also be noted as obvious damage done by a larger, heavier, taller vehicle striking mine while I was at a complete stop. Very dissatisfied.

3.5 weeks to make repairs; not acceptable. I first received a bid from another shop in which they included time and parts to repair the door pillar. could this not have been foreseen in the original assessment? Second time work not completed in a timely manner in your shop.
