Screws were missing,said that new parts were replaced but wasn't, truck wasn't ready when told to pick up, kept finding things not done when I was told truck was ready to pick up 4 times, had to delay my trip for the holidays crew seemed to be unconcerned about my satisfaction, I can go on and on about my experience, very bad experience.
