Ronnie (maybe that’s how you spell it) at the Covington Pike location in Memphis was awesome! He kept me informed the entire time and let me know everything they needed to do. My car was also done a couple days early, which was a plus. By far two best experience I’ve had getting my car fixed.

My car was incompletely repaired. Contacted shop without response. My car was rear ended and tailpipe was broken. Service light came on and when service king repaired my vehicle light was still on. I took it to another shop to see why light was on, my catalytic converter was broken. It wasnt broken before accident and it should've been repaired with tailpipe. I feel that incomplete inspection of my vehicle has left me with a half repaired car.
