I love that I am always kept in the loop about the repair process via text message so I'm never left wondering when my vehicle repairs will be completed. Great customer service.

I was satisfied with the repair but when I picked my vehicle up there was a crack in the first window [from the right
passenger side to the middle of the glass]that wasn't there when I brought the car in. But, I am glad to say Service King took care of it today with no problems so far.

I made a comment about my right brake tailight not operation properly after the collision. The light would keep going off and we had to keep fiddling with it to keep it on. Service King checked the light and said that the light was like that prior to the accident. My light was working when I gave the vehicle for repair, it should've been working still when it was returned. The father of my child had to get the light to come back on. Besides them making my light go out, the bumper looks great.
