Bob Kohlscheen was wonderful. I've never had this much damage to my car, and he made the process easy. The lady at the front was nice and gave me fast directions from my job. Everything looks great and I will definitely give a positive Google review!

Poor communication, just didn't get the service I expected. They took it to a 3rd party mechanic shop to rule out any issues involving the claim and all they could tell me is maybe this or that was wrong with it.
I'm going to get 2nd opinion and never use Service King in the future.
