Both of the service advisers that worked with me were very friendly; easy to work with; very professional; and assisted me in determining what I needed to do and seeing that it got done. My care was ready earlier than expected; there was a small flaw in one door which Tom caught during my inspection and took care of it while I waited. I hope I don't require your type services again soon, but if I do, I will certainly be back. Glynn H

A rt qtr Panel piece was pryed off leaving nicks in the part. The tech could not have done it without seeing it. but being optimistic even if he/she did not, the rr installer should have. We got extended 3 times, finally came to pick up and the car paint was wrong and got extended again this was due to a part not ordered. Not a big issue until today. Paint was on rubber, scratched off in front of my wife leaving mArks. Paint tape was still on windows and the car was released by detailing saying it was ready. The car has paint dust on it and it has caused me allergies. And to top it off, you did not finish the repair. We have to come back now and have the part that was nicked replaced car cleaned and the outlet replaced as well. I am very disappointed at the lack of attention to detail. I would like to know when the 2 parts will be in and date for completion. This is not what I expected from Your ratings on Angie List

Rep was supposed to have called me Tues or Wed to bring vehicle back in: Wheel not machined, small blemish on hood, passenger window leaks, two small scratches on passenger door handle, paint has a chip on quarter panel. I returned the day after I picked up the car as the front spoiler was hanging down and a bleminsh on the driver's rear quarter panel was not buffed out. Also pointed out the machining on the wheel was not done.
