Your communication was horrible? I called you guys around 20 April and was told the car would be ready by Friday 24 April. I received a couple more text that week with updates saying everything was on schedule. I never received another text or call although I was told I would. I realize that you guys are going to blame someone else that it took so long, but I chose you, not a parts company or Dodge to fix my car Today is 14 May and the car is done after you had it almost 2 months and I have not received a single call or text from anyone. Absolutely horrible service and I will make sure my insurance company knows about the lack of updates on your part. Last Friday I called and was told by someone from your shop that my insurance company thought I already had the car. I will call them and correct that lie also. I will never use your company again.

However, Dennis Golden at the 99th street location gave excellent customer service by going above and beyond what he had to do in order to get my car fixed as promptly as possible. He worked with my insurance company so that I didn't have to do more than what was absolutely necessary after what was already an upsetting situation. A tremendous contributor to your organization!
