The color on the vehicle doesn’t match. The weather strip under the hood that connects to the fender that was fixed is not even put on. Its all loose with all the plastic push screws missing. Also the steering wheel cover was ripped off. Extremely unsatisfied with the service king.

Working with phil was a very pleasing experience. I really felt that he genuinely was happy to help me. He gave excellent customer service. And I know because I was a casino floor manager for years. Disappointed inside of auto was not cleaned out. Hand prints, black marks should have been wiped down. Had rhinestones on steering wheel that was completely wrecked. No one thought to cover them for protection. So the stones were all over the front mats. Front not vacuumed. So important to pay attention to details. Not sure I would return/recommend. Only there because of the mans insurance. 2019 Cadillac, 1067 miles.

I had a good experience with Service King Collision. They handled my vehicle damage with expertise. I believe that the young woman that did the inspections on my Ram truck, I think that her name was Rose but I’m not sure, but anyway she went over my expectations on seeing that my Ram was completed to my level and kept me posted on all phases of the repairs as they were being done.
Now the only thing that I didn’t really care for, was Geico’s rental car allotment for a rental car. I felt that they should have upgraded my rental car to more of a full size vehicle without them wanting to charge me more money for.
The Enterprise representative was very cold to deal with on our transaction.
With all of that said, I was totally Pleased with Service King Collision.
