Receptionist need more training answering the phone. Telling me “that she didn’t call me” because I said had a missed call and asking me “what do you want me to do” is not a nice way to talk over the phone to a costumer and I know because I work at customer service at Walmart. In the other hand Julio ALWAYS does a great job!!!
