It took twice as long as promised to get my car back. I had to reach out to find out why multiple times. They had to order parts 3 times before they worked.
When I finally got my car, I had to bring it back later because I discovered there were 9 missing screws in the wheel well that secure the bumper. I brought it back on a Saturday and Frank Taylor was kind enough to find and install those parts for me.
Lastly, I returned an enterprise car to the location. They told me I could leave it there and they’d call enterprise to pick it up for me. They did not call enterprise that day, instead I had to call them the following morning to let them know their car was returned.

I was informed every step of the way and the repair was completed earlier than the estimated date. This is the only auto body shop we use and highly recommend.

Should have anticipated on a car with a right side camera you would need to calibrate the camera when replacing that side view mirror. Getting the car back without that being done caused extra time and expense. Recovered well and resolved, but could have been avoided by a bit of planning at the beginning.
