Any time I called Joey (Compean), he would give me updated status of my car and what was needed to be done (ordering parts, alignment, paint, etc). Very simple to pay and pick up the car this morning and the service person came out and we inspected the work together.

My repairs were completed on time as told to me by service king. Repairs were quick and great quality work, my vehicle came back to me looking better than the day I purchased it from the dealer... I especially appreciated the fact that service king texts came through quite frequent informing me of what part of the repair my truck was in as well as the gentleman that was handling my account calling and texting toninform me as well. Overall, I am one happy customer with my results.... it didn’t take but a day to get it in and the estimated time to complete was spot on.

The staff was friendly and professional, especially my point of contact (I don’t remember his name), the service was quick and well done, and getting my truck back cleaned inside and out was a very nice bonus. I would request you get your phone lines fixed- I tried to call a few times and kept getting caught in a weird answering machine loop and didn’t get to speak to anyone. I would definitely use this service again, although I hope I don’t need it.
