I appreciated the consistent updated regarding the status of repairs. Every time I spoke to Adam, the service advisor he was always very friendly and pleasant.
Although the repair took longer than initially expected and there are a few minor items with paint and the headliner having smudges from dirty hands I am for the most part satisfied with the repair and customer service from Service King

When I picked up my truck the passenger window was left open during a heavy rain. Seat and carpet was wet. Was not told so when my wife sat in the seat she got wet. Not a happy camper!!! But the repair was excellent
