Despite all the horrible reviews I read about your location, my experience with your facility was fantastic. Jason was awesome. He kept me informed and finished my truck exactly on the day he said it would be ready. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. I am a really busy person and it was nice that I did not have to wait when I arrived or when I came to pick up my vehicle. Enterprise, the rental car location attached to your facility needs help. I waited almost an hour to get a rental car. Enterprise did redeem themselves when I went to turn the rental back in. They were quick which was very nice since I was excited to get out of the go cart rental they gave me. I am very satisfied with Service King's service and employees. Again, I cannot brag enough on Jason. You to make sure you do what you can to keep him on your staff.

Per Alex Leal, SK rep, the headlamp and fender were removed to avoid overspray. That's fine, however these were not installed back to their original
specs. Plus, behind the wheel, I noticed that around 8-10 of those plastic screws were removed and not replaced.
