The vehicle was not ready as planned, which was a inconvenience for me. Onesimo gave me excellent service but Jaycee should not attend to clients. Just gave me excuses and her attitude was not all friendly. Please address this concern with her. It may help her change her attitude. All and all, I will not be taking any future vehicle to Service King.

Our understanding was that the front right side of the bumper facing the car where scratches were would be fixed since other bumper repair was taking place. It was not part of the accident, but we specifically asked about that area and we were under the impression it would be fixed as well or a price for that repair should have been offered to me at the time so that it could be taken care of during this same visit. My service advisor was very polite and professional.
