I was told my truck was ready, came to pick it up and found parts were missing. The new paint had a burn mark in it. The tint was scratched in several places on the drives window and the glass was cracked on the passenger window. I had already dropped my rental and had to spend 40 minutes to get back in it.

Terry was great to work with. It was unfortunate that the parts kept coming in damaged which delayed the process by 6 days. But very much appreciated being kept in the loop with texts and phone calls. A direct line would have been nice rather than having to punch in a long 5 digit extension number - if I had misplaced the card, would not have been able to contact him easily.
