Apparently, you either need to give a raise to your technicians, or give them more hours. It's ABSOLUTELY PITIFUL that they feel the need to take change as a tip!! The change the technicians took wasn't even in the open, it was behind a few things next to the cigarette lighter outlet. They left the pennies, but took the bigger change... ABSOLUTELY PITIFUL!
