I really appreciated our service advisor Greg Walsh. He went out of his way to keep me informed of my car's repair status. I asked if he could update with text messages and he did daily. We were also in a time crunch to get our car back and he stayed late to ensure that it was fixed and to allow us to pick it up so that we could leave town the following day.... and our car looks great!
