I have high expectations from a service provider, especially one that is working on my car. However, Service King managed to exceed all my expectations. Their delivery estimate was reasonable and they took time to explain what drove the expected return date. Communication was excellent and the work done on my car was perfect...it looks better than when before the accident. I highly recommend this place. Accidents are unpleasant, but Service King proves that the repair doesn't have to be. Thanks for the solid work.

I was suppose to get my front and rear bumpers fixed at the same time. They only fixed the front bumper and said I’d have to come back later to fix the rear. This is highly inconvenient because I already had a rental car for this service repair. Now I will have to go out of my way again to get it fixed and pay for another rental car for who knows how long.
