The only issue I had was all the wax on the windshield which caused my drive home in the dark in the rain a major issue. I could not see clear enough to ensure I was driving in the lane. Plus since the one headlamp was replaced I would have liked the opportunity to pay out of pocket to get the other headlamp replaced so they match.

Something is wrong with the alert lightcon the drivers side mirror, it won't shut off unless the ignition is off! I told Vernon about this 10 minutes after picking up the car Friday vcd evening. Haven't heard a perp since and something white is all over the inside of the car! Stark white splatters!

Your company representative name Yulanda was very unprofessional when I first contact her. I Contact her as Allstate suggested to get a repair estimate she rudely told me that service king did no do estimates, that they only did the repairs. I found out service king does do estimates at least for Allstate after a service king representative called me and told that yes in fact I could stop by and get an estimate regardless if I wanted to repair the vehicle or not.
I would not want to have a person like Yulanda working at my company if I knew she would run business away.
