My car was not ready when I was promised on two different occasions. Once I did get my car I discovered that my right blinker was no longer working properly It was working fine when I brought the car in. I was told that they replaced the right headlight

Went to pick up the car a week ago and it was a mess. Splotches of rubbing compound all over the exterior. The car hadn't even been washed after the repair. The newly painted repair didn't match the rest of the car. The damaged splash guards under the front end weren't fixed and at least 2 bolts were missing. The excuse was that the insurance company wouldn't pay for the replacement even though no one had even bothered to call them. So I called Nationwide myself and asked them to contact you to get the car fixed correctly.
One week later the problems were all taken care of so no need to contact me. Too bad that wasn't the case initially.
