Repairs were done well ahead of time. All service was done well. The service representative kept me informed at all times. I think overall service was nothing short of excellent.

The rear hatch is not working when you hit the button to close it, when I picked the car up the gentleman said he would let my service rep know. I have not heard from my service rep as of Monday at 7:00pm, I picked the car up on Saturday at 11:30am
