our liaison was excellent. Two things, however, keep me from being completely satisfied. The vehicle was obviously left running for long periods of time when being moved from one place to another eating over an eighth of a tank of gas leaving us picking up a car that was sitting on empty and only showed 16.3 mpg when we filled it up. The other was the condition of the car's interior. Both doors from windows to door handles were smudged with grease and fingerprints all over the inside. The repairs and the paint were excellently done, so my displeasure is not with the work done, but with the aesthetics of how the vehicle was returned.

Feedback was very good on the vehicle status. The repair did seem to be quite slow to repair a few scratches, taking 6 days, but I was always informed and was able to pick up my car and drop off my rental after hours which was a nice feature. Having the Enterprise location on-site is also excellent for quick and easy rental coordination. Overall my experience was very good.
