It was good. However, the vehicle pulls to the right on acceleration. Additionally, the service technician indicated several things that were done improperly during a previous service. Those issues would have been nice to have in a written report, so that we could report the body shop to the insurance company to ensure that they are not able to do business for them again. It is disconcerting to know that a front end impact could have caused serious damage to a driver and any passengers because they failed to put an impact bar behind the front bumper and used “sheet rock” to complete repairs.
