I feel the work performed is a very good quality however I think your info system ****. The reason I say this is because you guys had no idea who I was and I have repeatedly done business with you for the past several years. The system required me to put both a repair number and my name and my phone number not or one or the other. That’s pretty **** stupid. The little iPad thing you have set up in the front is not only Awkward but I had no idea who I was either. Also, for the third time I was told my car would be ready and it took two additional work days. You put the service advisor in a awkward position when you do that!

From the minute I walked into the service station I was greeted and welcomed by the receptionist Maria who was very professional and attentive. I then spoke to Chris the representative that handled my vehicle repairs. He went over all the details step-by-step from the beginning my car was turned over to them and to the completion of the repairs. Chris always updated me on the vehicle status.
