The car repair was done satisfactorily, it just took much longer than they estimated. We were told It would take 3-4 days, and they asked for the car to be dropped off on 3/11/19. The car wasn’t done until the end of business on 3/21/19.
There was no communication until late the first week and then I was told that it would be complete late the following week. I learned when I picked up the car that they didn’t even get any parts until 3/19. The car was completely drivable and I would have preferred to have not been inconvenienced for an extra week without a car to drive!

Driver's seatbelt mechanism wasn't working properly when owner took delivery. Technician fixed promptly.
Technician should have made sure clock and radio stations were reset after reconnecting battery. These are small items, but important to differentiate your company from others.
