I couldn't have been more impressed! The office staff and customer contact were thorough and professional, and the work was prompt and beautifully completed. I had the same car worked on by another shop in town after we were rear-ended a few years ago, and this was a completely different kind of experience in terms of the communication and the attention to detail.
