Lee Ann and Jenna were helpful, but the dates kept changing as to when the car will be ready. They forgot to balance the tires and Lee Ann has to make a speciAl trip to my house to pick up a tire and run they forgot to take out of my trunk. It took over two weeks to get the car back.

Special thanks to Jenna for ordering me a new Take apart key chain as the car half of mine seems to have disappeared from the key fob.
Kudos to the guy (don't know his name) who discovered that there was no washer fluid in the reservoir. He also noticed the windshield was streaked and dirty and made sure it was clean before I left.

For some reason, a button is missing from the MMI navigation dial located on my center console. It is not something that can just fall off, and I searched the entire car for it, to no avail.
Otherwise, the car looks great! I cannot tell where the car was repaired.
