The work was done professionally and the results were to make it look like brand new. I was particularly happy that the work was finished early and I had my car back 3 days ahead of schedule.

The work and local experience were fine. However, I received an automated text that said Update: Your Toyota is all fixed and ready to come home! We will call you soon if we haven't already, to arrange pick up. Service King". Sounded to me like car was ready. I made extra trip to pick up and it wasn't ready.
This doesn't sound like local shop issue to me but it was annoying
