The customer care at Exotic is stellar. I had a complex situation (3 simultaneous claims for the same vehicle) and they handled it skillfully, efficiently and with great personal care. They communicated regularly with updates, arranged for my rental car (it was there waiting for me before I even asked how to get one!) and went the extra mile to make sure everything was done to the highest standard. I have used them before and I will NEVER go anywhere else so long as they are in business and Mark is the hands-on owner. (Even my son asked me to take his car only to Mark's shop). The front desk (Carmelita) could not be more helpful or welcoming. I am sort of sorry our car is finished as it was so pleasant to stop by for a visit...

Totally professional job from the moment I pulled up. They immediately took photos and gave me a time and financial estimate. They kept me abreast of the progress and then immediately contacted me when the car was ready. Price was exactly what I expected and they even fixed a broken tail light complimentary. Car was making noises when we started it up. Did not move it, and the man who was checking us out stated it was not doing that when they parked it there, and it was not his responsibility. Then became very dismissive and condescending to my wife. Will not use them again, and will definitely not recommend them. I hope Pemco stops using them as well.
