I was extremely satisfied with everything (the work, the personnel) except the extra days it took to complete. Projection was Tuesday through Thursday which became possibly Friday, which I could have accepted. But it wasn't ready until Monday.
That being said, I would recommend this Stroudsburg facility without hesitation.

Every person on staff that I spoke with was friendly and helpful. The car looks great, and the inside also being cleaned up was unexpected. My only complaint was that I wasn't told up front that there would be a delay in the car getting in. I understand there were other cars ahead of mine, but typically I would expect an estimate within 3 business days and didn't have it for over a week. If I had been told the first day "hey thanks for choosing us but we won't be able to get to your car until....". I still would have gone with you because of other recommendations from friends but it would have been nice to know it upfront.

The body work looks great. When I went to pick up the car they said I was good to go. I got into the car and there was a crack in the middle of the windshield. The ABS light and TCS lights are still on the dash from the accident. Work still needs to be completed on the vehicle.
