I've used Scott's about 4 times in the last 5 years and always thought they did superior work. This time there was a complete breakdown in communication. (almost) The entire staff was just plain unfriendly, from the estimator to the ladies upfront. Tge communication got better after I spoke to Brian, (he stepped in and personally kept me updated) but the rest of the staff gets 0 stars from me. The car dies look good and I'm satisfied with the work. I'm unlikely to return to Scott's.
