My experience with Fable Carstar West was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I could not be more pleased with the service I received and the results. We were very happy with the outcome of our repairs and really appreciated how quickly they were completed! We have terrible luck and the same repairs were done in Nov also, that shop took over a month to complete (2.5 weeks to even get it in the shop and 2 weeks to do the repairs). Carstar Fabel West would be a great place for any one to go. They treat you like a person and not a number. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond for me.They even took care of returning my Enterprise Rental Car.Being they work with Enterprise Car Rental. I would give them a 5 Star rating over all.
