We were initially told our car would be completed by Tuesday. When I called on Tuesday I was told that it was “going to paint“, and that it should be ready later that week. When I called on Thursday I was told that it was still at paint, but nothing has been done. On Friday we were told to come pick up the car. When we arrived and reviewed the repair, we saw there was still a section on the drivers door that had been painted over but was not first repaired. We were finally able to pick up the completed car the following week.
