They were very nice but when we agreed on pick up time the tire place didn't have my car ready, and they put the new tires on the back instead of front for front wheel drive car. When car was ready suppose to be detailed and it wasn't bugs still across the front of car and black dirt etc all inside not vscummed. Car developed a big crack in big cracked line across windshield. They were very good at making sure I could the windshield fixed in Albany ( 2 hrs from accident site). That was fixed 2 days later. Great job. In the meantime I went to Goodyear to have the tires moved to front. They noticed the alignment was not right. Had got co tact insurance to make sure they would reimburse me if they realigned my car. The car is finally fixed. Long story short my issue is with the tire people.

The bumper is the wrong paint color from the base color of the car. It was not even attached correctly. It's almost as if the bumper isn't aligned with the rear of the car.

I am completely satisfied with ya'll-you do fine work. I think you do need to work on your relationship with enterprise though. When I complained at enterprise about my hour and half wait even though they knew I was going to be there at that time- I had called them 3 times to set it up they said it was because ya'll called them. Which sounds like a lame excuse, but still needs to be addressed.
