I did have a substantial amount of work done. However, I noticed a screw cap was left off of one of my exterior lights on the top of the hatch. I was unable to remove all items from the car prior to it being towed because they were in the hatch area and it couldn’t be opened. I messaged and emailed to this effect but no reply. When I got the car back the items were strowed all over the car instead of simply being bagged. The hatch shade was pulled off instead of being put back in place. The interior of the car was not cleaned in any way although it was obvious it had been crawled around in. My lights and radio settings had all been changed. All of these things indicated to me a lack of pride and attention to detail which leaves a bad impression on the quality of work performed. In addition, I do not feel I was talked to professionally and the phone messages left were somewhat cutesy. Just because I am female does not mean I cannot understand technical information.
