The repairs were done well but I have 2 concerns:
****. There is s chip and scuff on my back bumper that I didn't notice before I dropped off car.
2. When I dropped off the car I discussed the scuffs on my passenger back door and was told that they would buff it out. It's still there.

As soon as the Ins assignment was received they were extremely efficientl . I just dropped in unexpected before by appointment that I set up and was impressed with Tony . He quickly took charge had Enterprise rental thereto take me and another USAA policy holder to get our rentals. Also I appreciated the follow up and text messages on stays. Impact paint and body was amazing. I have been hit while parked three times in the last year. So I've been to several places like this.
From the moment my car was hit to the moment IP&B were working on my car and I was sitting in my rental car was 2 hours total. My car was fixed so fast it was very surprising. A few days. Eddie was super friendly, helpful and flexible. This place is a great place to take your car. My car looks amazing and I highly recommend this company based on its customer service.

Tony was very welcoming, I also received daily updates on my vehicle through text messages which was very convenient. I was unable to pick up my car because I was in an all day conference.
