I was really upset with what happened to my car. The staff went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. They were also very understanding of my plight, which to me is almost (smile) better than the super job they did repairing my car.
I have used N & P Auto services before. Like the other times, they informed as to what repairs were needed, always keeping me updated on the status of my car.
