You did not try to work with us to get our vehicle back. We were told when we walked in on Friday that all you needed was a check from the insurance or it can be an email of payment to be sent. When that was given to you, it was still not good enough. I asked to speak to Adam directly and he didn't even want or have the courtesy to come talk with us. This is bad business and I will be sharing our experience with others.
