Pikes went above and beyond fixing my car. There are no words to describe the amazing job you all did. From the girls at the front desk to all the guys that worked hard to make my car better than I expected! Thank you all so much! It’s like driving a brand new car again! When I picked up my vehicle on the evening of 2/15, the wiper blade had not been replaced and the windshield trim was not replaced properly. The blade was put on and the company that replaced the windshiekd came to my home to replace a broken trim clip. The following day, my wife noticed a number of areas where the paint had chipped off of the vehicke, right next to the trim that had been removed. I called on 2/16 after hours and am awaiting a return call when the shop reopens on 2/19. Overall, Pike’s work was great, thier subs, not so much.

The e-mail alerts were confusing. I got two that said the car would be done at ****:48 on Tuesday the 3oth. After the last one I got an e-mail that said it was on schedule. However when I did call to confirm it wasn’t finished I was given info that it wouldn’t be ready until Wednesday. Messages just seemed to conflict with reality.
