My 6 Year old car looks as good as new. Repair was completed well within their time estimate. Everyone was polite and friendly. Great customer service all around.

They have horrible customer service. Everyone was rude and they didn’t care to work with me as far as payments. When I called they answered with attitude and ended with attitude. A friend of mine referred me after she had her car repaired twice, but after this she nor I will continue with their service and we will be letting everyone we have referred to not even thinking about using Carstar. ****.
